As this blog is my sole income, you will find some affiliate links and sponsored posts poking their heads about. There are no ad pop-ups, blog post ads or side-bar advertising. Zero. Nada. I made that choice so that you may have an clean minimalist view of the blog with no bombardments of ads flying in your face. I do feature the odd sponsored post, both on this blog and social channels. I truly only work with brands I genuinely love and use regardless of payment.
Even though I can be comfy with dropping f bombs (don’t tell my Mother), I’m not as comfy with thinking that it’s cool beans for anyone to work and not earn an income. I have a hubby with cancer, and a bumpy road to learning how to earn an income (and I am so hopeful that you will support me along my bumpy road.)
I use affiliate links here on the blog – specifically RewardStyle, Amazon, Etsy and Shopstyle links. You’ll see it listed at the bottom of a post like … p.s. that’s an affiliate link, yo. Or shop the post. Or something something like that.
This means that if you buy anything via my link to a retailer, I can potentially earn pennies to dollars in commission, but it doesn’t mean it’ll cost you any extra moola. If you buy products through my blog, I earn a bit of money but not enough to buy a unicorn or a pony. A girl can dream.
If you’d rather not use the affiliate link, you just need to clear the cookies on your browser and voila, it’ll be like you never clicked on it. My hope, though…. is that you’ll click on those links to support me and help keep the wheels on my blogging bus. Okay, why am I suddenly dreaming of having a funky bus? We do have an airstream, but it just gobbles up money. I digress. haha.
Any questions, just drop me a tweet at @lynneknowlton or contact me in the form below.
While some products on this blog may be gifted (will be noted with a c/o), posts may be sponsored, all opinions are my own. Products are ONLY endorsed if they are truly things I love, would buy or that fit within my style. I test the waters so that you don’t have to. I source through thousands of items and curate my faves, so you don’t have to. I’ll never recommend something that I don’t love and think worthy of your wallet and your time.
Thank you for supporting the brands that make this blog possible.
Yes, I do partner with some brands to create content. I indicate which posts have been sponsored, but no matter what, opinions are 100% mine. I say “no” more than I ever say yes because I value the content I place here. I value each of you and the trust you put in me.
That being said, my blog does have costs. Like, humungous ones. Most months, I pay those costs out of my own pocket. In order to maintain this space and provide inspiration to you, I am working on new ways to start to earn an income in 2018 (Yes, I have a hubby with terminal cancer. Yes, I have to learn how to become a sole provider for our family. I have no words for that.)
If you ever feel that you find a sponsorship in or out of alignment, I would love to hear from you. I create here first and foremost to offer something to you, as a creative community, to collaborate, to have fun, to share my knowledge as an online entrepreneur & designer…. and more than anything ….to inspire you to dream bigger, create more, and explore the world.
I want you to

If you have any ideas on how to improve, change, grow… I’d love to hear from you. If in anyway you feel I have fallen from that, I would love to hear from you too. After all, I’m a blogger which means that I naturally have oversharing tendencies. LOL. I’m an open book. 🙂
If you are a company interested in collaborating with me, feel free to email: lynne@lynneknowlton.com
