If possible, hide your toilet. As nutters as that sounds... make it your goal to not see the toilet. We created a little WC room for the toilet (floor plan below) so that the focal point of the room becomes the beautiful window, vanity and steam shower. Toilet? What toilet? Don't see it anywhere.

4. Warm Lighting : Soft, ambient lighting enhances the natural beauty of your bathroom. If you have the space, consider wall sconces with earthy finishes and/ or a ceramic flush mount. This may be an unpopular opinion but we never use LED bulbs, only incandescent and Edison bulbs because they add warmth to a space. LED bulbs make us feel like we are standing in a high school gymnasium. Uhmmm. Nope.
