I have discovered a new world and it is called Twitter.
Someone should have biatch slapped me a long time ago for dissing it.
I was always under the impression that twitter was about writing to strangers and saying I’m at the corner store eating ice cream.
Ok, bad choice of words, because I am often at the corner store eating ice cream.
Hello, I am not new.
Ice cream rocks.
Twitter is a place that is like no other. It is a place where I can read the news, read informative articles, follow like-minded souls, and have some big ass laughs. I have “virtually” met some of the finest designers, mentors, and kind souls that I could ever dream possible.
I have discovered new friends, businesses, online shops and just had an all around good laugh. You won’t believe what you can find on twitter. Everything from recipes to curtains. It’s all there. Businesses are getting so socially savvy and it shows! You can carry on conversations for days and weeks on end. It’s a hoot. And it is smart business.
If you are willing to give it a whirl, it is soooooo worth it. If you are on twitter, come find me !

I have found blogs and websites that are so enjoyable to jump right into. It is like reading a novel every single day ~ AND~ I absolutely get lost in it. If I had a third leg, I would kick myself for not trying to discover twitter sooner. I feel like a TWIT for being such a rebel.
In all fairness, I tried three times to set it up. It was pretty impressive that I even took three kicks at that can.
At one point, it rejected me. Two words came to mind….
I felt like I was in high school again.
I needed someone to hold my hand…..otherwise, this gal was walkin’ out on Twitter~ the dirty bastard.
Angry images came to mind. Ok, well maybe this next image is not technically angry, but there is an anger word inserted in there somewhere.
Eventually, I got over my hurdles with the help of a friend. I bribed my good friend Cath with a road trip in France. It wasn’t that hard to do. Girlzzzz road trip?!! You don’t have to ask us TWICE. Twist our rubber arms.
We had the time of our lives, and she hooked me up into Twitter-land. You can read about our girls road trip here.
It was the TIME–OF–OUR–LIVES. I am seriously contemplating a new hash tag #GirlsRoadTrip.
“….well….and if you don’t want anyone to find out, don’t tweet about it “

We won’t TWEET EVERYTHING from the road trip 🙂
